Rakshya teamed up with foundation to closely work together with communities, local partners, government in organizing policy dialogues and conferences. Previously, she worked as program officer in a youth led NGO-Youth Action Nepal. She pursued her Master’s degree in International relations and diplomacy. Motivated to bring about any change, however small, starting from her family to community she abide by the philosophy of giving back to community. She firmly realizes that the values that come from experience from any institution would be appropriate only if it matches with actions.
