Installation of new arsenic water filtration project in Nawalparasi - Chaudhary Foundation

Nawalparasi, a known hotspot for arsenic contamination, has long struggled with access to safe drinking water especially in Pratapur Ward-9, where a government-installed filtration system had remained nonfunctional for 13 years. Chaudhary Foundation addressed this critical issue by installing a new arsenic water filtration system, now benefiting nearly 1,000 residents with clean, safe drinking water. Additionally, the Foundation installed, oriented, and handed over filtration systems in 11 schools across the district, ensuring safe water access for over 5,000 students and teachers significantly improving health and well-being in these communities.
